RAVELCO CUSTOM CODED PLUG WARRANTY
1-Year Guarantee
The Ravelco custom coded plugs are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year to the original owner. Mid-Atlantic Ravelco, LLC warrants that the finish will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The finish will be free from peeling, cracking or crazing during normal use. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Mid-Atlantic Ravelco, LLC, will refinish the Ravelco custom coded plug(s) that prove defective. Ravelco custom coded plug(s) needing repair within the warranty period must be shipped to us with return postage paid or attached. This warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements
To obtain warranty service, you must contact Mid-Atlantic Ravelco, LLC directly at 877-NO-BYPASS (877-662-9727) or
sales@CarThiefStoppers.com. Please have your Ravelco coded plug number and original sales invoice for the customization process available, as well as a detailed description of the issue. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the warranty on the workmanship is within the applicable warranty terms.

THE FOREGOING IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR THE FINISH OF RAVELCO CUSTOM CODED PLUG FINISH AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS AND MID-ATLANTIC RAVELCO, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL MID-ATLANTIC RAVELCO, LLC BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR TO THE USER OF A RAVELCO PRODUCT FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE RAVELCO PRODUCT, EVEN IF RAVELCO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. MOREOVER, IN NO EVENT WILL RAVELCO BE LIABLE FOR FAILURES CAUSED BY OPERATOR ABUSE OR NEGLECT, UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADJUSTMENTS, ACCIDENT OR MISUSE. RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE FINISH.
